A hypersensitivity reaction type IV disease that is characterized by absolute lymphocytosis of natural killer (CD3- CD16+) cells often with concurrent cytopenia and has_symptom fever, arthralgia, apthous ulcers, vasculitic skin rash, and peripheral neuropathy.
